STS Advisors served as the lead sell-side M&A advisor to Dignitas Technologies in its acquisition by By Light Professional IT Services, a portfolio company of Sagewind Capital.

By Light, a leading provider of Modeling & Simulation and Cyber products and solutions, announced the acquisition of Dignitas Technologies, a recognized provider of Modeling, Simulation, and Training capabilities supporting programs across the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and other Department of Defense customers.

Headquartered in Orlando, Florida, Dignitas delivers architecture-centric, agile MS&T solutions spanning system and software analysis, design, development, testing, integration, and fielding. The company supports several mission-critical defense programs, including F-35, Advanced Computer-Based Training System II, Next Generation Constructive, and other high-priority DoD training and readiness initiatives.

STS Advisors supported Dignitas throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including early-stage preparation, value enhancement, growth strategy, market positioning, buyer engagement, diligence management, valuation support, and transaction execution through closing. STS Advisors worked closely with Dignitas leadership, legal counsel at ShuffieldLowman, and CPA advisors at Berman Hopkins to support a successful outcome for the company, its owners, employees, and mission partners.
